Strong(her) Program

An all women’s lifting group dedicated to building strength and confidence, while being surrounded by a community of empowering and supportive women.

This group will help keep you accountable in the areas of fitness, nutrition, mindset and recovery. These sessions are provided through out the week and will help you get the results you want, the strength you desire, and the confidence you deserve.

Our Strong(Her) sessions are designed for maximum muscle toning, melting stubborn body fat (especially in those stubborn areas!), and general conditioning while learning proper lifting techniques, and keeping your joints healthy and pain free.

These lifting workouts are constantly varying and changing. Olympic weights, free weights, kettle bells, battle ropes, rowing machines, TRX straps, spin bikes, boxing gear, and more are used to keep these workouts fresh and challenging.

We believe that women need an outlet to have a little self care time to themselves, to learn how to unleash their inner strength and confidence, and to destress after long work days and/or dealing with kids all day. This group has created many lasting friendships, led to a few wine nights/ladies nights out, and is another one of our favorite groups to coach.
