This is our most individualized and inclusive coaching membership.

As a little background, E-Town Fitness was initially more of a 1 on 1 personal training facility. As we grew we began to run out of available training hours and our small group personal training sessions were born.

Although we do still offer 1 on 1 personal training to clients who truly need it, we encourage people to go the small group route.

Why this approach?

Traditional personal training costs upwards of $100+ per hour in and around Chicago. It also requires you to be locked into one trainer and has much less flexibility. At E-Town Fitness we believe that elite training shouldn’t be offered just to a select few who can afford it.

Our small group approach allows for the same personalized workouts and coaching, tailored to your goals and lifestyle, but for less than half the cost and with a lot more flexibility.

Your training sessions will be with a small group of up to 3-5 other clients. This intimate size allows you to get the same personalized coaching as you would in a traditional 1 on 1 setting, along with the chance to meet new people on the same journey as you, and have support from your fellow group members besides just your coach.

Not to mention, with this type of training you also get individualized nutrition coaching included and since it is cheaper you can workout more often and get faster results. An added bonus is that you get a completely customized program for you when you are with a coach as well as what to do when you’re not with a coach.

In addition, you will have access to our E-Town Fitness accountability software that will help you stick to your plan, learn new healthy lifestyle habits, and have 24/ 7 access to our accountability team.
