Team Training/Outdoor Bootcamp
Our group sessions are designed for maximum fat loss and general conditioning while building lean muscle and keeping your joints healthy and pain free.
These HIIT workouts are constantly varying and changing. Free weights, kettle bells, battle ropes, rowing machines, TRX straps, spin bikes, boxing gear, and more are used to keep these workouts fresh and challenging.
Youth Athletic Development
In today’s world of athletics, natural talent is no longer enough to be successful. The best athletes now have completely personalized performance programs for every phase of competition. From training, to recovery, to diet and more, we offer services that will optimize every aspect of your youth athlete’s performance.
Strong(her)
An all women’s lifting group dedicated to building strength and confidence, while being surrounded by a community of empowering and supportive women.
This group will help keep you accountable in the areas of fitness, nutrition, mindset and recovery. These sessions are provided throughout the week and will help you get the results you want, the strength you desire, and the confidence you deserve.
1-on-1 Small Group Training
This is our most individualized and inclusive coaching membership.
As a little background, E-Town Fitness was initially more of a 1 on 1 personal training facility. As we grew we began to run out of available training hours and our small group personal training sessions were born.
Strength Camp
An all men’s personalized lifting class where guys come to get back to being stronger, leaner, more resilient, and to increase their athleticism that they have lost so that they can do more in all areas of life.
With this program they will get the coaching, team camaraderie, support, and challenge to upgrade their lives.
EvoFit: Evolved Online Fitness
