At E-Town Fitness we care about our community and the causes our clients care about. So Saturdays 7:40am class is run strictly for charity (is Free of charge for the class) and all donations/proceeds go towards our charity of the month. Average class size 6-8 people.

Want to get a stronger core? Want to finally lose that muffin top or beer belly? Well this class is for all active members and was designed specifically for you! These classes consist of 40 minutes of Team Training workouts with 20 jam packed minutes of strictly core work to finish out the sessions. Time to firm up that mid-section and reveal that six pack once and for all! Average class size 6-8 people.
One of our exclusive women’s only workout programs/classes. Classes are almost identical to Rapid Body Method XENA workouts, but in a less crowded and more personalized setting. Average class size 2-4 women.
Is our Pilates and stretching based class offered free of charge to all active clients. Our instructor is top notch and will help you work those little muscles in your body that you never knew how to work before. She focuses on core strength development, hip strength, overall body flexibility, and more by combining the disciplines of Pilates/full body stretching/bodyweight work/and light strength work for a great overall body workout and experience.
